01 Can I return all the products I've purchased?

No, there are some items that for various reasons, can not be returned:

 

Tights, socks, knitwear, toe pads, pointe shoes, underwear, jewelry, creams, wool.

02 Do I have to pay shipping costs is I want to return a product?

If the product is defective, you will not have to pay shipping costs. We will pick it up free of charges.

If you don't like the product you purchased, you will have to pay the cost of collecting the package (8 euros), which will be deducted from the amount to return.  This procedure will be done by the same method that the payment was done.

If you want to make a change, you will have to pay the cost of collection (8 euros), but the forwarding is free.

03 What should I do if I want to return a product?

Don't worry, we'll come to collect it.

If it's within the seven days of the return period (from the date of receipt of the order), just send us an email with the details of the product you wish to return and the date you made the purchase.

Once we have received the package and checked that the product is in its original state, we will proceed to return the amount you payed discounting the collection charges (8 euros).

04 How many days do I have to return a product?

The return period for returning a product is of 7 days from the day of receipt of the order.
